Our society often has a lot of negative feedback for people who are deemed "too" sensitive or emotional. In reality, this trait has actual benefits from an evolutionary standpoint in that the most sensitive member of a group is most aware of potential danger or threat. I will work with you to manage your sensitivity in the face of experiences such as criticism or rejection to help you harness the positive qualities of your emotional experience.
