I’m an intuitive therapist and social worker driven to help my clients find their voice. My work draws from trauma-informed, feminist, and body-liberated ideologies to create a space that facilitates healing from trauma, exploration of identity, and finding freedom from limiting thoughts and beliefs.

When you are looking for someone with whom you can share your experiences, doubts, and questions, I am here to listen with empathy and support. My specialties include LGBTQIA+ mental health, trauma treatment, relationship growth and challenges, and life transitions. I also enjoy working with challenges related to spirituality, self-love, body image, dating and breakups, difficult mother/daughter relationships, and cultivating a sense of purpose and meaning.

Outside of the therapy space, I can be found covered in clay at the community pottery studio, enjoying my record collection or live music, and spending time with my cat Ozzy.
